The National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE) on October 06, 2026, issued a circular regarding Submission of the Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as on September 30, 2026.
The following has been stated: -
•All Clearing Corporation members must submit their Half-Yearly Net Worth Certificate as on September 30, 2026, by November 30, 2026, maintaining the prescribed minimum net worth at all times.
•Members registered with NSE may submit the certificate to NSE, which will share it with the Clearing Corporation, while other eligible members must submit directly through the NCL portal.
•Members must also comply with the applicable Base/Variable Net Worth requirements and submit revised certificates where any shortfall exists.
